Compare voucher acceptance, purchase limits, expiry and withdrawal checks before choosing a betting payment method in South Africa. 18+.
Checked 12 September 2026. Comparison of published product rules, not a speed test or a complete operator survey.
Choose a betting voucher by cashier acceptance first, suitable purchase value second, and the withdrawal route third. Brand familiarity alone is a poor reason to buy: an unused voucher for the wrong platform can leave your money tied to a product you cannot use there.
1Voucher, OTT and Blu are separate payment products. Their names are not interchangeable, even when the same retailer sells them. This comparison helps you choose; the individual 1Voucher, OTT and Blu guides cover their specific journeys.
| Check | 1Voucher | OTT Voucher | Blu Voucher |
|---|---|---|---|

The figures describe the products, not a betting site's minimum deposit, maximum balance or withdrawal allowance. An operator may accept a product while imposing a different transaction limit.
Supabets lists all three brands in its deposit FAQ. This is one operator's published support, not proof of universal acceptance. If your intended account is elsewhere, check that account rather than transferring this example to it.
OTT service caveat: the issuer FAQ still displayed a Hollywoodbets redemption-problem notice when checked on 12 September 2026. The notice does not establish the current status of every transaction. Check with official support before buying specifically for that platform; do not interpret a generic acceptance list as confirmation that the issue is resolved.
Open the cashier first. Write down the accepted product and permitted amount, then compare that with what the seller can supply. Ask what you will pay at the till and what amount should reach the wallet. If the answers differ, understand the reason before buying.
This is the easiest stage to change your mind. Once you have purchased a code, switching brands may require a process that the seller or issuer does not offer.
Identify the product on the actual receipt rather than relying on the shop name. Check the purchase date and status. If the operator does not list it, ask support whether it is accepted; do not experiment by entering it under another voucher option.
The 1Voucher terms say the product cannot be exchanged or refunded in cash. OTT's terms also restrict cash exchange and provide a non-refund rule subject to applicable law. Those are reasons to check before buying, not reasons to chase an unofficial converter.
Confirm a payout route you can actually use. Having enough cash for a voucher does not mean you have the required bank account, registered cellphone or identification documents for the operator's payout options.
Use the withdrawal-after-voucher guide before funding the account. It separates a merchant wallet balance, a newly issued payout voucher and cash collection.
There is no measured winner in this comparison. We have not timed the three products under matched conditions. Issuer descriptions of immediate redemption do not measure operator outages, account checks or the time it takes to get money out again.
For your own choice, prefer the product explicitly supported by your account, available in an affordable value and compatible with a usable payout route. If two products satisfy those checks, travel, purchase convenience and the final cost can decide between them.
If money has already been paid but the account is unchanged, use deposit not reflecting. For bank and card alternatives, return to the payments overview.
