These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of betafr.co.za ("Bet AFR", "the site", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About betafr.co.za

betafr.co.za is an independent editorial and affiliate publisher based in South Africa. We write content about Premier Soccer League (PSL / Betway Premiership) match predictions, team betting guides and Lucky Numbers / Fafi betting.

We are not a gambling operator. We do not hold a licence to take bets, run a casino, or process gambling deposits. We do not accept money for bets, hold funds on your behalf, or pay out winnings.

2. Affiliate disclosure

betafr.co.za earns commission when readers click certain outbound links — those starting with /go/ — and then sign up with or place a qualifying bet at a partner bookmaker (for example ZarBet, BetBus).

The commission we earn does not change the price you pay or the bonus you receive. You pay nothing extra for using our link.
Affiliate commission does not influence our editorial opinion. We rate operators based on their licence, app, odds, markets, payout history and customer service, not on commission rates.
We only feature operators that hold a valid National Gambling Board or provincial gambling licence in South Africa.
Where a non-affiliated operator is the right pick for an article, we will say so. Where we know we have a commercial relationship, we will say that too.

4. 18+ only — no minors

You must be at least 18 years old to use betafr.co.za and to place any bet in South Africa. Gambling by a person under 18 is illegal in South Africa under the National Gambling Act, 7 of 2004. We do not knowingly publish content for, market to, or accept communications from minors. If you are under 18, please leave the site.

5. Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep our content accurate, but the betting industry moves very quickly. Odds, sign-up bonuses, deposit minimums, promotion terms, market availability, team form, injuries, line-ups, kick-off times, draw times and Lucky Numbers payouts can change at any moment without notice.

Always check the latest information on the bookmaker's own website before you bet.
"Odds correct at time of writing. T&Cs apply." applies to every odds reference on betafr.co.za.
Match predictions are published 2–4 days before kick-off and reflect the information available at publication time.
We make no warranty that the information on this site is complete, current or error-free.

6. Bookmaker promotions and bonuses

All bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and other promotions mentioned on betafr.co.za are offered by the bookmaker, not by us. The bookmaker's full terms and conditions apply — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying bet rules, time limits and country restrictions.

We have no power to:

Grant, restore or pay out a bonus.
Recover a deposit or a withdrawn bet.
Open, close, suspend or unlock a bookmaker account.

For any account, deposit, withdrawal or bonus issue, contact the bookmaker's support team directly.

7. Outbound links

betafr.co.za contains links to third-party websites, including bookmakers, official league sites, news outlets and responsible gambling resources. Once you click an outbound link you leave our site and we no longer have any control over the content, accuracy or privacy practices of the destination.

We are not responsible for the content of external sites or for any loss you suffer as a result of using them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

betafr.co.za is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We exclude all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost bets, lost bonuses, account suspensions, missed kick-offs or any other financial loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, betafr.co.za.
Where the law does not allow exclusion of certain liability, our total liability to you is limited to ZAR 100 in aggregate.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law (for example, liability for fraud or gross negligence).

9. Intellectual property

All editorial content on betafr.co.za — text, graphics, layout, logos, illustrations and code — is owned by betafr.co.za or used under licence. You may:

Read, print and share Bet AFR content for personal, non-commercial use.
Quote short extracts for review or commentary, with a clear credit and a link back to the original page.

You may not:

Copy or republish whole articles without our written permission.
Use Bet AFR content for commercial purposes (including SEO scraping, AI training and re-publishing) without our written permission.
Use the Bet AFR name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement.

Team names, league names (PSL, Betway Premiership), bookmaker brands and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

10. User-submitted content

If you e-mail us with feedback, a correction or a tip, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that input for editorial purposes (for example, to update an article). We will not publish your name or contact details without your permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use betafr.co.za for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, infrastructure, analytics data or any account.
Run automated scraping, denial-of-service tooling or other abusive automation against the site.
Misrepresent betafr.co.za as a gambling operator, financial adviser or affiliate of any organisation we are not openly affiliated with.

How we collect, use and protect personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

13. Responsible gambling

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of betafr.co.za.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use betafr.co.za after a change means you accept the new Terms.
