What to get in touch about

- Partnership and media enquiries. For commercial or press questions, email the same address and we'll route it to the right person.
What we can't help with
We are an editorial publisher, not a gambling operator. We do not hold player accounts, process payments or settle bets, so we can't recover a withdrawal, reset a password or resolve a dispute with a bookmaker — for those, use the support channel of the bookmaker concerned.
