SA20 2027 Dates and Opening Fixtures
Season five runs from 17 January to 21 February 2027. The official fixture list gives these first four matches, covering all six franchises. Times are South African Standard Time (SAST, UTC+02:00):
- 17 January, 15:30: Sunrisers Eastern Cape v Pretoria Capitals — Gqeberha.
- 18 January, 17:30: Paarl Royals v Joburg Super Kings — Paarl.
- 19 January, 17:30: Pretoria Capitals v Durban's Super Giants — Centurion.
- 20 January, 17:30: MI Cape Town v Joburg Super Kings — Cape Town.

- Watch the evening toss. Most SA20 fixtures are night games, and chasing under lights is often the preferred route at the coastal venues. If the market has not moved after the toss, that is sometimes the softest price of the night.
